The battle of the 250-300 graphics cards has the AMD Radeon RX 480 8GB coming in at 49.6 FPS and that was 1 FPS slower than the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB that averaged 50.4 FPS. So thatвЂ™s just me.Д«ut yeah, this game is just a treat to experience no matter how it plays because of how it looks and runs, and thatвЂ™s praise I will almost never put on a game more than a few times in a generation, given how much it takes to stand out. Gears of War 4 Campaign Runs at 60fps on Xbox One X on Performance Mode Visuals Mode, meanwhile, will let you run the game at 4K resolution- but keeps the framerate at 30fps. I still am just not a fan of Gears-style cover-combat as it has never stopped feeling overly clunky to me, but that ship has sailed and enough people do like it where itвЂ™s clearly never going to change. It will be interesting to see how well Gears of War 4 multiplayer handles matches with players running at vastly different framerates and if those playing solo will have a significant advantage over those running split-screen. However, multiplayer will drop to 30 fps.

I like the story so far, and the focus on exploration and side-missions, which is unusual for this series. The Gears of War 4 campaign framerate will be maintained in split-screen. And IвЂ™ve really only seen three major locations so far, nearing the end of the second Act.ДЄs for the rest of it? WeвЂ™ll see. All subsequent Gears games looked good, including Gears 4, I suppose, but none of them have felt like this. I am getting flashbacks all the way to Gears of War 1 on the Xbox 360, another game that was pushing the boundaries of visuals on consoles and that made my jaw drop when I first played it.
